This Shipping Policy describes how Brewd Coffee Service (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes and ships orders placed on www.brewdcoffee.us.
Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:

United States (including Washington, D.C.)
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard: 5–7 business days

Expedited: 3–5 business days (if available)
Free shipping: Available on orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts), shipped within the United States.
Carriers
We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@brewdcoffee.us. We can't guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Shipping delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other events outside our control. If your package is delayed significantly, contact us and we'll help you troubleshoot.
Split shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship items separately. You'll receive tracking details for each shipment when available.
Damaged, missing, or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@brewdcoffee.us within 72 hours of delivery with:

photos of the product and packaging

a brief description of the issue
Missing/Lost packages:

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find the package, check with neighbors/building staff and contact the carrier first.

If it's still missing, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll assist with next steps. Replacement/refund decisions may depend on the carrier claim outcome.
